Our Process: From First Enquiry to Your Wedding Day

Planning your wedding catering should feel simple and stress-free.
Our team guides you through each step, ensuring everything is organised well in advance so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.

  • Start by filling out our free quote form with the details of your wedding, including the date, location, number of guests, and any initial ideas for your catering. This helps us understand your vision and prepare suitable options.

  • A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability and discuss the best catering options for your wedding. We’ll talk through menus, service styles, dietary requirements, and anything else that will help shape your day.

  • If you’d like to experience the menu before booking, we offer the opportunity to arrange a tasting.
    It is 45£ per person and it would include a selection of dishes from the menu chosen, so you can try exactly what will be served at the event.

  • Once you’re happy with the plan, your date is secured with a deposit. From that point, you’ll be assigned a dedicated event advisor who will be your main point of contact for any questions, menu adjustments, or changes to your wedding schedule.

  • Around 10 days before your wedding, your event advisor will contact you to review all details together, confirming timings, guest numbers, menu selections, and any final adjustments.

  • On the day of the event, our team arrives prepared to deliver the catering and service exactly as planned. From preparation to service, we ensure everything runs smoothly so you and your guests can simply enjoy the celebration.
