  • We can cater events from small private dinners to large weddings. Minimums depend on the menu and staffing required — we’ll confirm this when you request a quote so you only pay for what you need.

  • Ideally 4–8 weeks for full catering and staff hire, and sooner for popular dates (summer weekends and December). For smaller office lunches or last-minute bookings we’ll do our best to help if our calendar allows.

  • Yes. Please tell us about any venue constraints up front — limited kitchen access, power restrictions, or noise curfews — and we’ll plan menu and service options that fit the space and rules.

  • Yes. You can book our waiters, bartenders, or security as standalone services — perfect if you’re using a venue kitchen or an external caterer.
